arc is the french word for arch, the arch that we want to span between elements of the haut-cuisine and a young, sustainable and affordable concept. we provide a regional fine-dining experience celebrating hamburgs producers. our aim is creating transparency between our guests and our local partners. the menu showcases the richness surrounding us. all our suppliers are represented in our book called freundebuch. all our products will be marked on the menu with a signature colour tracing them back to the book where you will be able to read upon the people behind it, their story and their way of producing.
